Bringing Service to Life at Hitachi

At the latest Hitachi Town Hall, we heard from teams across the business about the great work being done behind the scenes. One of the highlights came from Bibiana Sevegnani, who gave us a closer look at the incredible work happening inside the Customer Connect Center (CCC)—a team dedicated to supporting our customers and partners every single day.

What the CCC Is All About

Bibiana walked us through what it really means to be part of the CCC. It’s not just about answering phones or responding to tickets—it’s about listening, solving problems, and creating a positive experience in every interaction.

“We’re often the first voice a customer hears,” Bibiana shared. “It’s our job to make that moment count.”

The CCC supports both customers and internal teams with clarity, empathy, and urgency. Whether it’s helping someone track a shipment, resolve a technical issue, or find the right person to talk to, the CCC steps in with a sense of ownership and care.

A Team Effort

One of the most powerful parts of Bibiana’s presentation was her emphasis on teamwork. The CCC doesn’t work in a silo—they’re in constant contact with engineering, sales, logistics, and leadership to make sure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly.

“It’s not just about solving the issue,” she said. “It’s about making the experience feel seamless.”

This collaborative mindset ensures the CCC can stay agile, adapt to changing needs, and continue providing world-class support.

Looking Ahead

As Bibiana wrapped up her talk, it was clear that the CCC is more than a service team—it’s a bridge between people, technology, and trust. With plans to enhance training, introduce smarter tools, and keep listening to customer feedback, the CCC is positioned to grow its impact even further.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built,” Bibiana said. “But more importantly, we’re excited about what comes next.”

A Final Thought

Bibiana’s Town Hall presentation reminded everyone that customer service isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about building relationships. The CCC lives that value every day, and thanks to Bibiana’s leadership and passion, we all got a little glimpse of what that looks like in action.
