This week I received a gift from a colleague who was a member of our Customer Connect team.  The gift struck a chord with me because it refers to our early days together as a team, where each teammate had a “handle.”  These “handles” were our secret way of referring to each other and represented a Marvel character and included a Lego figuring of the action hero.  Managing the Americas team, I was happy to grab the title “Captain America.” Thor, thank you very much for the gift and memory.
